- Get 1 onion sliced chunky

- Fry the Steaks in the oil for 4 minutes each side then remove steaks and lay them in an oven dish and cover with foil to keep warm
- In the same frying pan or wok. Add the garlic and ginger and fry for a minute then add the mushrooms and Onions until tbe mushroims are browned
- Then add all the other ingredients (except the cornfour in water) to the mushrooms and mix in well. And fry for 2 minutes
- Add the cirnflour and stir in when thickened pour it all out on top of the steaks and add it to the preheated oven on medium heat for 1/2 - 45 minutes
- Serve with new small boiled potatoes or a Buttery Mashed potato
