  1. In mixing bowl, add Brown & Powdered Sugar, Butter, mix until it gets creamy texture. Then add vanilla extract, peanut butter, 2-3 tbsp of milk. Stir and make it smooth.
  2. In a wide bowl, add maida, flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, cocoa powder. Sieve and mix well.
  3. Add flour mixture into wet ingredients. Combine it well, don't over mix it. Make a smooth dough, if dough is very thick add 1or 2 tbsp of milk according to consistency. Keep the dough in refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, heat a Kadhai, add one cup of salt in it and spread it with the help of spoon or spatula. And place the stand in it. (As shown in the pic) Important Note : Cover it with the lid and Preheat the kadhai at least for 10 mins on medium high flame.
  5. Apply bit of oil or butter on your hands, now with the help of tablespoon, make equal balls from dough, add chocochips on it and gently press them.
  6. Place them on baking sheet in distance (2 inches apart). Bake them in preheated oven or kadhai at least for 15 minutes or until the edges are lightly brown.
  7. Once the Cookies gets light brown texture, take them out in plate and let it cool down. Your Delicious cookies are ready to eat. 😍👍
