Whenever I'm in need of a nourishing, soothing meal, I turn to this creamy chicken and rice soup. Although noodles tend to get all the attention, I actually prefer my chicken soup flecked. A little heavy cream adds richness to this simple, creamy chicken and rice soup, and collard greens make it heartier and more nutritious. Cut down on cleanup by making this chicken soup with leftover cooked white rice or with one package of microwavable white rice, such as Uncle Ben's.

- Chicken fillet. Cut the fillet into small pieces, add parika and black pepper then leave it for 10 min.
- Creamy soup- half litre of milk put in a pan, turn on medium heat, add a spoonful of flour then stir until they mix properly. Then add a slice of butter to the mixture, keep stirring until it melts and mixes completely. Once ready put off and wait for it to cool.
- Broccoli- cut the broccoli into smaller pieces, prepare a pan with hot water and add the broccoli. Let them boil for 10 min, drain the water and let them cool. Take another pan add a slice of butter them place on medium heat, once the butter has melted add broccoli, stir and make sure it cooks in the butter for 10 min and put aside.
- Chicken creamy soup - on another pan, add some oil, put onions and stir. Wait until golden brown, add garlic paste and stir. Place the chicken fillet and continue stirring. Add tomato paste and some water, stir and let it cook. Then lastly pour in the creamy soup, some royco and salt, stir cover and leave it for 10 min in low heat.
- Rice- put a cup of rice in a rice cooker add 2 cups of water, some oil and salt and let it cook. The cooker will turn off once its ready.
- Serve and eat.. enjoy!!
