Instructions to make Chicken mandi:
  1. First take a chicken rub the chicken in Mandi masala 2tbsp, oil 3 tbsp, salt according to your taste and lemon juice.keep it aside.
  2. In pressure cooker add 6 tbsp oil and add sliced onions fry well until oil seprate.
  3. Then add green chilli paste 3 tbsp, ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp, 1 tbsp Mandi masala, fry well.
  4. Then add marinate chicken in pressure cooker cook in 3 whistle,cool down completely
  5. Then separate the chicken in other bowl, keep aside
  6. Do not throw chicken boiled water which was in cooker
  7. Use the boiled chicken water to cook basmati rice…..
  8. In other bowl take some Mandi masala 2 tbsp, oil 5 tbsp,salt according to your taste, red food colour, lemon juice 3tbsp
  9. Take the boiled chicken and marinate the mixture
  10. In pan add butter fry the marinate chicken
  11. Take the chicken and place it above the basmati rice then close the lid of the pot…. For sometime.
