- Confirm that it is done by putting a knife through it, if the knife comes out slightly stain, then it's done.
- For the sauce, grate pepper, onions and tomatoes. Heat up oil and fry mixture until well fried, add smoked fish, Maggi and salt to taste. Allow to simmer for a minute and turn off heat.
