Simmer for 20-25 mins, stirring occasionally till the mixture is thick..and rice is more soften.
  3. Add cardamom powder and mix well.
  4. Cool at room temperature and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours before serving. Garnish with pistachio flakes and dried rose petals.
  5. Serve your guests this delicious Rice kheer as dessert during Diwali party.
