Steps to make Moi-moi:
- Wash the beans,soak for some minutes to remove the outer skin,add the peppers and onions with crayfish then blend,put in vegetable oil and the seasonings
- Get a mould of your choice,I used ice cream container,pour in the beans batter and cover(be careful not to over fill the container because you'll need the extra space).put water in a pot(the water should be about half of the pot so the container doesn't drown) put in your container and allow it to steam
- Fry or boil the fish,debone and combine it with the diced eggs,onions,spring onions,add the stock cubes,then break the boiled eggs, whisk and por into the fish.
- When the moi-moi is done,pour in the egg mixture on top and put it back to steam for about 10 mins and enjoy
- Enjoy with yaji and Palm oil😋
