Instructions to make Moi-Moi:
  1. Soak, peel and wash beans with clean water to remove the chaff from the body in a bowl
  2. Wash pepper, Scotch bonnet and cut onion into the ready beans
  3. Wash clean ginger small quantity, pound a bit (to make it easy for grinding) and add it to the beans
  4. Grind the beans to smooth paste
  5. Add oil, Maggi, and salt to taste into the beans paste
  6. Add lukewarm water and turn with wooden spoon to mix well together (it shouldn't be to watery pls)
  7. Double the moi-moi leather, scoop in the beans mixture and tie sideways until all the paste is finish
  8. Put pot on fire with water not too much, pour in the moi-moi and drop little vegetable oil into the water (to prevent breaking or the moi-moi)
  9. Cover and allow to steam cook on medium heat for like 40 minute
  10. If it's ready turn off the heat and remove from the pot
