  3. For brinjal potato subji, take pressure cooker, take oil to heat, add mustard seeds. Let them to splutter it. Add all ingredients and water. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.Open the lid of the cooker after the pressure reduces completely, sprinkle coriander leaves.
  4. For Dahi bundi raita, take warm water and soaked bundi for 5 minute. Now strain water. Now whip Dahi add bundi, salt and red chilli powder.
  5. For roti, make a dough. Make round ball of dough. Make them circle and put it on hot tava. Flip onto other side. Spread ghee
  6. For rice, take all ingredients in cooker. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.
  7. For Gujarati dal,take soaked daal, asafoetida, groundnut, dry fenugreek seeds in cooker. Close the lid and cook under pressure till pressure is released 3 times.Open the lid of the cooker after the pressure reduces completely. Blend them well. Now add all remaining ingredients except lemon. Add water stir and keep on stove top. Bring daal simmer on a medium flame upto 20-25 minutes. Add lemon and stir well.
  8. For tadka, heat the oil in small pan. Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let them splitter. Pour them on the dal and stir daal well.
  9. For salad, mix cucumber, tomato and salt
  10. For stuffed chilli, make a long cut on middle of the chilli. Remove seeds out of it. Wash well with water. Now take bowl add groundnut powder, sesame seeds, besan, red chilli powder, cumin coriander powder,sugar, turmeric powder. Mix well. Add oil and mix well. Fill the stuffing in chilli. Now take oil in pan. Heat it. Add chilli into this. Sprinkle little bit water. Cover the pan with lid till it cooked. After cooked mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
