  8. Add salt,soaked rice and potli water
  9. Transfer in the rice cooker and cook for ten mins.
  10. Add kewra water,saffron add in the hot milk and mix in the rice and also add some fried onion
  11. Heat oil in a pan and fry the green chilli and strain it
  12. Garnish with fried onion and green chilli
  13. Serve hot with raita.
