Steps to make Moi Moi:
- Smash the beans in mortar and pestle, wash to remove the beans coat
- Add washed pepper, scotch bunnet,onion and beans in blander and blend
- Add your spices/seasoning, to the paste and mix,add in a nylon leather tie and keep aside, continue doing until you are done with the paste
