- Soak ur beans in clean water f abt 5minute
- Put it on motar n pestle and mash it gently so it will be easy fr d back to peel off
- Wash it till everything is pilled off
- Add in Onion,pepper and crey fish and blend it till is smooth..
- After blending it add in ur oil, spices and stir well
- Pour it on ur nylon or any container of ur choice and cook it fr about 45minute
