Instructions to make Moi-Moi:
  1. Pour water in the beans for some seconds,gently rob the beans together as you wash it to remove the peelings.If you are using an already peeled bean,all you need to do is that just soak it in water to make it soft.
  2. Put the cleaned bean in a blender and add onion to taste.A whole medium sized onion.Also add your pepper to taste.Blend this till mixture becomes a smooth paste.
  3. Put the bean paste into a bowl and add the vegetable oil/ red oil and mix.Slice your boiled egg into moderate sizes and add it to the paste.And this is the time for you to add the grinded crayfish,Maggi cubes,seasoning to the paste.Add a little warm water to loosen the paste a little bit.Don't make it too light.
  4. Measure the bean paste into medium cups,or leder to a certain level so that it will have enough space for the bean to expand once it's start boiling.
  5. Get cooking pot with water inside,place the medium cups that will fill with beans paste inside the cooking pot and cover it,cook for about 30minutes.
  6. Until the beans paste looks like a baked cake,then serve your moi moi with mai da yaji or white rice,or you can serve it with warm kamu/Pap.
