  3. Now dry roast peanut, in low flame. Roast till it become crispy. And make a fine powder in mixer jar. Same process don't over run the mixer. Just run little by little.
  4. Now transfer oats, peanut powder in a bowl.
  5. Add ghee, jaggery(chopp the jaggery before adding, there should not be lumps). Add extra ghee, jaggery as per your wish. If mixtures feels little dry add little lukewarm milk.
  6. Take little mixture in hand, and give a laddu shape, by pressing with fingers. And coat with nuts or peanut powder. Likewise make all laddus from mixture. Allow it to dry.
  7. Oats laddu is ready to serve.
