  1. Wash your beans and peel the black and set aside, add pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic blend till smooth
  2. Pour your batter in a bowl, add palm oil, veg oil,seasoning, curry and egg then stir, if the batter is too thick then add warm water to get a running batter
  3. Rub your container with palm oil, pour in your batter don't pill it up leave enough space for the egg mixture and steam your batter for 20mnts
  4. Crack egg add onga, chop red and green pepper then whisk, after 20mnts add egg mixture in your half cooked moi moi, take them back and steam for another 20mnts. Serve 😋😋😋😋😋
