- Soak, peel and wash beans with clean water to remove the chaff from the body in a bowl
- Wash pepper, Scotch bonnet and cut onion into the ready beans
- Wash clean ginger small quantity, pound a bit (to make it easy for grinding) and add it to the beans
- Grind the beans to smooth paste
- Add oil, Maggi, and salt to taste into the beans paste
- Add lukewarm water and turn with wooden spoon to mix well together (it shouldn't be to watery pls)
- Double the moi-moi leather, scoop in the beans mixture and tie sideways until all the paste is finish
- Put pot on fire with water not too much, pour in the moi-moi and drop little vegetable oil into the water (to prevent breaking or the moi-moi)
- Cover and allow to steam cook on medium heat for like 40 minute
- If it's ready turn off the heat and remove from the pot
