Instructions to make Peanut Chikki:
  1. Grease rolling pin, kitchen board with ghee.
  2. Take a heavy bottom wok, add jaggery and 1 spoon water cook on low flame.Add 1/2 tsp ghee. Stir continuesly.
  3. Check the jaggery syrup in water. Drop few drops of syrup in water,take it in your hand and press,it should break.
  4. Add the roasted peanuts to the pan and mix well. till peanuts are well coated with the jaggery syrup.
  5. Switch off the flame and quickly pour the chikki mixture on the greased board.With the help of rolling pin,roll it, crush and set the level of chikki.
  6. Let it cool at room temperature.
  7. Notes —-This chikki is completely depending upon the jaggery. jaggery syrup should be cooked perfectly.Then chikki will be crunchy.
