- If you are using boiled eggs, fry the eggs in pan by adding little oil, salt, 1/4 tsp Chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder. Fry in medium flame for 3 mins.
- Add the ingredients given for grinding in a mixie. Grind to a smooth paste.
- In a kadai, add oil. Once oil gets heat, add bayleaf, cinnamon, cardamom and cloves. Fry it. Add onions and curry leaves. Saute till onions becomes translucent.
- Add the ground paste and saute for 2 mins in medium flame.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala and salt. Mix well. Add required water. Cover and cook for 15 mins in medium flame.
- Break the eggs and slowly drop in the curry. Don't mix. Cover and cook for 5 mins. Garnish with coriander leaves.
- Transfer to a bowl. Now it's ready to serve with Chapathi, Roti and Phulka.
