DIRECTIONS Beat eggs, flour and a little salt. When milk is hot, add a few tablespoons of hot milk to the egg mixture to temper the eggs. My Mama always made turkey giblet gravy on the holidays.   3. Cook for 2 minutes. Add 2 cups of water. Mix cornflour with 1 tbsp oil and add to the pan. Boil for 3 minutes. Add fresh cream and cook to semi thick gravy. Add garam masala powder and mix well. Serve with steamed rice or roti.
