- Allow it to cool 5 to 10 minutes. - grease your hand with little ghee and knead 30 seconds. be careful as the dough will be very hot.
- Once you get smooth dough, cover with butter paper and roll slightly thick and live it for 4 to 5 hour or it’s completely cool. - After that cut the dough into diamond shape or any shape.
