  5. After that for making green layer : take a bowl and add 4-5 spoon white batter and add 4-5 spoon green chutney and mix it well and make a layer on it.
  6. Once the layer is perfectly cooked then once again add white batter on it and cook it well. And check the dhokla with knife or toothpick. Once the dhokla is come into room temperature cut it in shape.
  7. For tempering: take a pan add oil, mustard seeds, sesame seeds and curry leaves and add layered dhokla in it. And mix it well. And the sandwiche dhokla is ready. Enjoy.
