  4. Now fry cashew nuts using ghee & keep it aside.
  5. Add ghee and & fry poppy seeds &add jaggery powder.And melt jaggery of the stove &add cardamom powder &mix well.
  6. Add chapathi powder in a big vessel.
  7. Add powder peanuts and fried gram in the same vessel.
  8. Add dry coconut powder & cashew nuts &mix well.
  9. Now add melted jaggery. And mix them.
  10. Make them into laddu's.

My experience with chapathi/phulka was very bad. When I started cooking, I could never make soft chapathis/phulkas. Chapati is the unleavened flat bread made of fine form of wheat flour the atta. The word chapati come from the Hindi word chapat (in Hindi means to slap). The traditional method of forming rounds of thin dough is by slapping the dough between the palms.
