As wheat rava (godhumai rava is not refined, it has more nutrition in it comparatively to rava (Semolina). I started liking godhuma rava upma only after I started cooking.

Instructions to make Wheat rava kheer:
  1. First take a pan add 1 tsp ghee
  2. Add wheat red rava and roast it for few minutes
  3. Keep it a side
  4. Then add 1 tsp ghee again and add all dry fruits and fry them
  5. Keep them a side
  6. Take a vok pour milk and boil
  7. Once it's boiling add wheat red rava and stir mixing it well
  8. Close with lid for 5 minutes
  9. Later open it and switch off the flame and add jaggery and mix everything well
  10. Now switch on and let it set for few minutes
  11. Then add 1 tsp ghee
  12. And add elachi pwd and mix well
  13. Close with lid for 5 to 10 minutes till all comes close
  14. Then add dryfruits mix well and opn lid and mix for 2 to 3 minutes
  15. Witch off flame and reday to serve

As wheat rava (godhumai rava is not refined, it has more nutrition in it comparatively to rava (Semolina). I started liking godhuma rava upma only after I started cooking.
