- Add the stewed tomatoes. Bring to a boil.
- Add bell peppers and onions. Cover & cook for 3-5 minutes, or cooked to your liking. We like our peppers and onions crunchy!
- Pour hot mixture over fish. Enjoy with a side of steamed rice :)
