  5. Put another pan on gas with low flame.
  6. Add your desi ghee and fry your all dry foods. You can say it's a tadka for halwa.
  7. Mix the fried dry foods into your Halwa. And switch off your gas.
  8. IMPORTANT : DONT PUT SUGAR BEFORE 40 MINUTES OTHERWISE IT WILL FORM TO GAJAR KHEER.
