- Making dough.: Take wheat flour. Add salt and oil. Mix it properly. And by adding little little water knead it to make a soft dough.
- Making stuffing: In a woke heat oil. Add green chillies, Ginger,garlic, cumin seeds and fry for 2 miniutes. Now add greanpaeas and salt mix it and cook for 5 to 10 minutes by stirring in between. The green peas should be become soften.
- Let it cool completely. After cooling make a fine paste of it by grinding it in a grinder. Mash the boil potatoes and mix it with greenpeas paste. Adjust the spice and salt accordingly. Stuffing is ready.
- Now take a small portion of dough put the stuffing in the dough and cover it and make it ballshapes. Roll it on rolling board slowly and cook on tawa from both side.
- Apply ghee on both sides of paratha while cooking.
