  10. Place the tomatoes in a pan with olive oil and cook until they have wrinkled and browned slightly
  11. To make the bouquet holder get 2 of the breads and overlap them
  12. Then fold each side inwards
  13. Stuff with some of the egg mixture
  14. Add your peppers and tomatoes. Also slice some avocado and squeeze lemon juice on top
  15. Then use a potato peeler to peel the cucumbers into thin strips. Roll up a strip then add another one and roll around it until it looks like a mini rose.
  16. Make a few and place onto your bouquet
