- Heat ghee in a thick bottom pot, once heated add the whole garam masalas and then add the chopped onion, saute and add carrots and beans and saute it.
- Add the ginger garlic paste and cook for few minutes, add the salt as per taste and garam masala and cook for another 5 minutes or so, then add the rice soaked in blue tea.
- Mix the rice gently and then add the strained blue tea and mix again. Then add the hot water to it.
- Cover it with aluminium foil and the lid and cook it for 10 minutes on full flame. Put off the flame and let it rest for another 20-30 minutes and serve it warm /hot with your favourite curries.
- Note: *use same measuring cup for rice and water…..the rice and water is in the ratio of 1:2.
