  1. At first peel off the skin of torai and partially sliced the torai longitudinally.
  2. Grind the roasted peanuts, garlic without adding water and add cumin powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder, aamchur,one table spoon mustard oil and salt. Mix it well and fill it in torai
  3. Now take a kadhai,add some oil, let it heat then add cumin seeds, turmeric powder and sliced green chillies. Now put the torai in the kadhai.
  4. Stire at regular intervals and cover with lid. Don't use water. Let it cook in low medium flame.
