  1. Soak chole overnight. now in the morning, wash well and transfer in a pressure cooker. add salt and tea bag and potli of khade masale(1 cinnamon stick,4 green elaichi,5 black pepper whole,6 laung,1 badi elaichi and dry amla). add baking soda and cook for at least half hour..and thereafter remove the potli and tea bags
  2. Now take kadhai add ghee or oil,, add jeera, khade masale and paste of (ginger garlic and onions) cook for 3 min and now add tomato puree..cook until oil releases..
  3. Now add haldi, garam masala,dhaniya powder,Kashmiri lal mirch, chana masala, salt,red chilli powder, amchoor powder and kasuri methi..now add little bit water and cook for 1 min..add boiled chole and gently mix..add required Chole ka pani..and cook for 10 min..
  4. Now prepare tadka, take a pan add oil, add slit green chilli,1 tsp mustard seeds, chana masala and bay leaves..pour on chole and serve.
  5. For bhature- take maida in a bowl,add salt,suji, baking soda and powder. add curd and by adding water make a smooth dough…and let it rest for 3-4 hours…and take a ball and roll it with the help of oil and deep fry the bhaturas till golden brown.
