  1. Prepare Mushroom 500gms
  2. Take Chopped 2 onions

  13. Prepare Water

  18. Make ready Jaggery 100 gms

Steps to make #Fusion_thali:
  1. Firstly took a pan & pour some oil. Fried jeera chopped onions for few minutes till the red color came. Then mixed tomato puree & fried till the oil was separated. Mixed chopped mushrooms & fried for 10 minutes in low flame. Then mixed all masalas & little bit water. When the mixture turned into thick gravy then mixed kasuri methi & garam masala.
  2. Then Boiled rice first. Fried curry leaves green chillies green peas carrots capcicum in another pan till the fedded colour came. Then mix the boiled rice & stirred it well for 8-10 minutes & garnished with coriender leaves. Grinded the mixture of cucumber peels, chopped onions, green chillies, garlic paste,jeera,all masalas together. Then made shape of vadas & fried on a heated tawa with less oil.
  3. Then made chapati with atta. Took 3 cucumbers & cut into pieces. Grinded into mixture & mixed some ice cubes, salt, pepper& made cucumber smoothie.
  4. Then took 3 mangoes & cut into small pieces. Mixed turmeric powder corriender powder cumin powder salt dry chilly powder & kept for 1 hour. Then filtered out water & took a pan. Poured oil & heated it. Then fried dry chilly & bay leave 2 pieces. Then poured the mangoes & stirred it for 5 mins. Then mixed sugar & juggary & stirred it till the mangoes are boiled. Then Mixed the fried masala(Home made).
  5. Lastly took one bowl & tooke 7-8 table spoon curd. Mixed cucumber, tomato, carrot, onion, green chillies with it. Also mixed salt tastewise & little bit dry chilly powder. So raita is prepared.
