  21. Make a sugar water by boiling 4 cups of water and 1 cup of sugar.
  22. When the syrup starts boiling add the prepared raviolis.
  23. Pouch them in sugar water for about 5 to 6 minutes.
  24. Drain them in a colander.
  25. For the sauce take the leftover khoya filling in a pan.
  26. Add 1/2 cup of full fat whole milk.
  27. Cook them in low heat for 4-5 minutes to make a thick saucy consistency.
  28. Let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  29. Transfer the strained raviolis to a plate. You can eat them as they are. They are really tasty.
  30. I dusted some icing sugar on them.
  31. At the time of serving pour some khoya sauce in the serving plate and then put chocolate raviolis over it.
