- When water starts boiling add soaked rice.boil it 85%
- Strain rice.
- Put a layer of rice on qorma gravy. Put fried onions.Dissolve zarda colour in 2 tbsp of water and sprinkle it on rice.sprinkle kewra water. 1 tbsp heaped ghee on each area.
- Cover it and cook it on medium flame for 3 min and on low flame for 15 mins.
- Mix it carefully. Biryani is ready.
