- Mix well and now add the other half of the milk to the cooked Sevai, and add Sugar as per taste, and then boil for another 10 minutes while constantly stirring it.
- After 10 minutes, turn off the gas, and let the mixture cool down for some time. Then add the roasted raisins to the mixture and mix well. Your Sevai Kheer is ready to be served.
- Serve the Sevai Kheer preferably in silver utensils for a royal presentation.
- Note: While you are roasting the Raisins or the Sevai, make sure you are constantly stirring them and they don't get burnt.
